GOLD helps adults 50+ build the confidence to handle everyday technology on their own terms. We will use an AI assistant together on real, everyday tasks: making sense of a confusing letter, planning a week of meals, drafting a message you have been putting off. You will leave knowing how to get real help from AI, not just having heard about it.
What to expect
GOLD workshops are hands-on, and built around real practice. Come with your device (or borrow one of ours), bring your questions, and leave with new skills.
What to bring
A device with internet access (phone, tablet, or computer). Headphones if you have them. Curiosity.
