Serving older adults and adults with disabilities in Wake County, NC, by providing home and community-based services and information so that they can maximize their choices for independence, comfort, safety, security and well-being. We provide information and support for decision-making, and direct services such as home care, adult day care, senior centers, home adaptations, and more.

Social Bridging NC
A centralized statewide hub for organizations committed to fostering social connection, with resources and virtual programming available across North Carolina. Social Bridging NC offers statewide and local resources to help you or a loved one find care, including social isolation risk assessments and a diverse range of free virtual events, from exercise classes to art and lifelong learning.

NC Department of Information Technology
The state's Division of Broadband and Digital Opportunity works to make sure every North Carolinian can get online and use the internet with confidence. Their NC Resource Finder lists more than a thousand places across the state offering public computers, Wi-Fi, technical support, and digital skills help. Search by county, ZIP code, or the kind of help you need.
