We will walk through messaging your doctor, requesting refills, checking appointments, and finding your records, so you can manage your health online with confidence.

GOLD workshops are hands-on, and built around real practice. Come with your device (or borrow one of ours), bring your questions, and leave with new skills.

A device with internet access (phone, tablet, or computer). Headphones if you have them. Curiosity.
