What AI actually is, in plain language, and what it is genuinely good for. We'll open a chat assistant together and try it on real everyday tasks: drafting a note, making sense of a confusing letter, planning a trip. You'll leave having used it yourself, not just heard about it.

GOLD workshops are hands-on, and built around real practice. Come with your device (or borrow one of ours), bring your questions, and leave with new skills.
