GOLD helps adults 50+ build the confidence to handle everyday technology on their own terms. You have heard plenty about AI and probably not much of it useful. We will open a chat assistant together and try it on real things, making sense of a confusing letter, drafting a note you have been putting off, planning a week of meals. You will leave having actually used it, not just heard about it.

- What AI is in plain language, and what it is genuinely good for
- How to ask a question and get something useful back
- When to double-check an answer, and how
What to bring
A device with internet access (phone, tablet, or computer). Headphones if you have them. Curiosity.
